Black in America: 18 Films Free to View on Apple TV

Have you seen the “Black in America” section in the TV app? Second row down under the “Movies” tab on my Mac and iPhone. There are movies of which you’ve probably heard, such as Ali and Selma. There are also documentaries that’ll probably be new to you like Emanuel - about the senseless murder of nine Black churchgoers by a white 21-year-old in South Carolina a few years ago, Stranger Fruit - about the killing of Micheal Brown in Ferguson, MO. in 2014 and the unrest that followed, and the Black Power Mixtape 1967-1975 - which features a number of interviews with luminaries in the Black power movement from a few decades ago.
