Apple shares charged out of the gate on Friday. After Thursday’s new intraday high of $289.98 and closing high of $289.91, it was Katie bar the door as shares shot up nearly four-bucks, hitting a new intraday high of $293.97. You might expect those words to be followed by, “and a new closing high of,” but not this time. Despite the early morning spike, Apple shares actually ended the day off 11-cents. They closed the week at $289.80.
